Training for Employability

We train Youth, young women and girls to raise qualifications and enable them compete in the local market. CCC areas of capacity strengthening have been on Vocational skills, life skills, entrepreneurial and business management skills, accounting, savings and credit scheme management. Based on localized training module adopted from the International Labour Organization (ILO), participants are supported to identify and build their inner talents relevant to strengthen and access descent jobs opportunities.
